How do we begin booking?
Fill out our contact form here so that we can begin discussion about your project! I will send you more information in regards to pricing and the process and we will begin! We will discuss what elements of branding you are looking to create and I will request imagery or mood boards to get an idea of the type of brand aesthetic that you are looking to achieve. I will also answer any additional questions that you may have. If you decide to move forward, I will send over a contract and an invoice. A non-refundable 35% deposit is required to hold your spot in my schedule before we begin your project. I work with clients on a first come first serve basis and book ahead in order to keep a consistent schedule and ensure enough time for each project.
WHAT IS THE TYPICAL TURNAROUND TIME FOR PROJECTS?
Turnaround time varies depending on the project. Once we discuss your project I will send over a project timeline with the contract outlining a schedule as well as necessary client response times, this way we both are able to stay on track, and so you will know when we will be wrapping up with your project in preparation for launch day! Typically, Oak + Ember’s branding package takes approximately 4 weeks from start to completion. We often book out a month or two in advance, so if you’re on a tight deadline, let us know and we’ll see what we can do!
WHAT is INCLUDED IN THE BRANDING PACKAGE?
Our branding package includes a primary logo, 1-2 secondary logos, 1-2 brand marks, a brand pattern and a business card. We also include a colour palette and typography, and all elements will be defined within a brand style guide.
WHAT is INCLUDED IN THE WEB DESIGN PACKAGE?
Our web design package includes all elements described in the brand development package, as well as a website or e-commerce design that will be accessible on both desktop and mobile view, and a website content guide.
DO YOU DESIGN WEBSITES separate from THE BRANDING PACKAGE?
We only offer web design for clients who have gone through the branding process with Oak + Ember. We believe that a website is much stronger when it coincides with a fully completed brand identity.
DO YOU CREATE ADDITIONAL BRANDING FOR PREMADE LOGO DESIGNS?
Once a premade logo is purchased, you purchase the rights to that design and it may be used for any necessary additional branding material. If you would like any additional branding material or collateral created for one of the premade logos that you have purchased (for example a business card, etc.) I am more than happy to create them for you, however they will be subject to additional cost per collateral piece.
